Wednesday 1yr. 68

I was extremly exhausted last night. I think I fell asleep by 9:OO pm...that is so unlike me. Even when I woke up this morning it felt like I had been runned over by a truck. My head is killing me, my muscles are sore, and of course to top it all off with...my kidney stones are bothering me again. All around I feel like crap. On a positive not though, I did bike for almost 7 miles this morning.
