Had a hard time falling asleep last night. It seemed that once I was almost asleep something would "jerk" me back awake and I would start the whole process all over again. I did ALOT of clock watching. You know its funny. A few years ago not getting enough asleep did not bother me at all. I can remember in the not so long ago that I would be on the phone till 1 or 2 in the morning and still be able to get up at 5 and feel refreshed . Now it seems that if I don't get at least 5 good hours I am a bear.
