Well I did it. Finally for the first time in a long time I got up this morning and did some biking. I went almost 4 miles before calling it quits to hit the shower. Keep your fingers crossed and maybe I can make it up again tomorrow morning.

Still a bit miffed at Jack for his stupid comments last night. I thought for sure he was going to be calling me last night to apologize. I do not think he had ever seen me that pissed off at him.
