It looks like they did not get all of moms cancer out in her last surgery. Mom called me at work yesterday in a "mild" panic looking for Marilyn and did I know where she was. I told her that Mer was probably at her inlaws being that the kids had zoo school this week. I asked her why she was looking for Mer and she then said that she needed Mer to watch her dog again while she went under the knife again. I was completely shocked. I guess mom was also. Apparently there is an area of small tissue in her right breast that is still showing cancer cells, so they are taking that area out. She then went on to say that now they are looking at chemo also. I just hope and pray that everything goes well. Mom is not as young as she lets on the believe and I know this stress is taking a toll on her.
